Many Xplan users have loved the feaure ‘IMAP’ which allowed us to move emails from outlook straight to Xplan File Notes. But there were a few things IMAP didn’t do perfectly. So Xplan created an outlook plugin called ‘File to Xplan’. This allows you to continue to move emails from outlook to File Notes, but with much more control and a few new features.
